Community Testing Facilities of Lolland (Lolland CTF) is an international test- and demonstrationplatform for new technologies and solutions within sustainable energy. Lolland CTF is founded on the existing resources, experience and potentials of Lolland, as well as the Danish government’s efforts to promote environmentally efficient technologies within the sectors of wind, hydrogen and fuel cells, water/wastewater, biomass and biotechnology. 21.10.2009 Senior Advisor Anders Riel Müller from Baltic Sea Solutions was invited to speak at the Danish American Heritage Society's conference in Minneapolis on October 2nd. The Theme for the workshop was "Innovation the Danish Way" with a particular focus on Denmark's leading edge in renewable energy. Anders Riel Müller presented Lolland CTF as an example of Denmark ability to create growth and innovation in peripheral areas by focusing on clean technologies. Other speakers included Danfoss chairman Jørgen Mads Clausen, Peder hansen, VP at Northstar Windtowers and Marianna Lubanski, director at Innovation Center Denmark, Silicon Valley.
